His journey began with a small food business built from his home kitchen, growing into a wholesale operation serving shops and studios throughout New York and beyond. Along the way, he discovered that what he loved most wasn't just making great food, but sharing it directly with the people who enjoy it.

Today, through The Wood Fired Private Chef and Itsa Pizza Truck, Doug brings that same spirit to every gathering. His menus are fresh, seasonal, and ever-changing, guided by quality ingredients and a love of experimenting in the kitchen.
